Comparative Analysis Of The Correlative Factors Of Preterm Birth Between The Uyghur Nationality And The Han Nationality In Xin Jiang

Object:Through comparative analysis of the correlative factors of preterm birth and common clinical auxiliary examination project(part of the thyroid function) and the correlation of spontaneous preterm labor,analyze the differences in the Han nationality and the Uyghur nationality for finding the experimental basis to diagnose and control the disease development.Methods:Collected 173 cases of patients with premature delivery form January 2013 to December 2013 in People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Autonomous Region.Random pick up normal pregnancy to term pregnancy regular specification production inspection information and medical records in the same period in our hospital.Results:(1)The Uighur preterm birth group of young or old, pregnant time(> 1 time)and production time(> 1 times), pregnancy with scar uterus ratio higher than that of the Han preterm birth group, the Uighur preterm premature rupture of membranes of incomplete set of ratio is lower than the Han group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The spontaneous preterm birth group between the Uighur nationality and the Han nationality part of thyroid function index: T3/T4/FT3/FT4/Tg Ab/TPOAb,compare these indicators, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); the Han spontaneous preterm birth group TSH is higher than the Han nationality full-term group, Uighur spontaneous preterm birth group of TSH is lower than the Han spontaneous preterm birth group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Reasonable strengthening propaganda and education in the perinatal health care, contraception and decrease the rate of cesarean delivery, may reduce the Uighur preterm birth occurrence.(2)Pay attention to daily hygiene and control infection factors in clinical,may reduce the Han PPROM occurrence.(3)In perinatal reasonably adjust diet, may reduce Uighur women the occurrence of spontaneous preterm birth.
