Methods:from January 2009 to March 2014 in our hospital for surgical treatment of 80 cases of invasive breast cancer patients for the study,40 cases of Uighur and Han, Uygur and Han each randomly selected 15 cases of benign fibroma As a control group of patients for surgical resection specimens of real-time quantitative PCR (QRT-PCR) technique to detect breast cancer VEGF-C mRNA expression, and analyzed two national VEGF-C mRNA expression and clinicopathological features of breast cancer correlation. Results:VEGF-C mRNA expression in breast cancer was significantly higher than benign breast fibroma, the difference was statistically significant compared to (P<0.05); In breast cancer, the expression of invasive breast cancer â…¢ VEGF-C mRNA was significantly higher than â… and â…¡ invasive breast cancer, compared to the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); breast cancer VEGF-C mRNA expression and tumor size, age had no significant correlation with the clinical stage and have without lymph node metastasis significantly correlated (P<0.05); the expression of Han and Uygur breast cancer compared with VEGF-C mRNA was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion:VEGF-C mRNA present in breast cancer patients with high expression status, relatively little expression in benign breast disease, invasive breast cancer expressing VEGF-C mRNA was significantly higher than in â…¢ â… and â…¡ stage invasive breast cancer. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Uygur, Han, invasive breast cancer, breast fibroadenoma, VEGF-C m RNA, QRT-PCR | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
