Objective: To study the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its breast fibroadenoma tissue and clinical significance in Qinghai.Methods: the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by immunohistochemistry in 120 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and breast fibroadenom tissue in Qinghai,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results: 1.The positive rates of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in invasive ductal carcinoma in Qinghai were 45%(54/120),69.2%(83/120),The positive rates of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in breast fibroadenoma were 83.3%(100/120),84.2%(101/120).There was significant difference statistically(P<0.05).2.The expression of Bcl-2 in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast in Qinghai was related to lymph node metastasis,ER and PR expression(P<0.05).There was no correlation between age,tumor size,histological grade,P-TNM staging,and expression of Her-2(P>0.05);The expression of Bax in 120 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast in Qinghai was not related with age,tumor size,histological grade,P-TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,ER,PR,and Her-2 expression(P>0.05).3.There was no correlation between the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax of breast invasive ductal carcinoma in Qinghai.(P>0.05)Conclusion: 1.The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in breast breast fibroadenom tissue in Qinghai was higher than that in breast invasive ductal carcinoma.2.The expression of Bcl-2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis,ER and PR expression in breast invasive ductal carcinoma in Qinghai area.3.There is no correlation between the expression of Bax protein and the prognostic factors of breast invasive ductal carcinoma in Qinghai. |
