Objective: To study the correlation between structure of nasal cavity andparanasal sinus abnormalities and chronic sinusitis, explore different structuralabnormalities in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses in the occurrence and developmentof chronic sinusitis.Method: Review sexual analysis December2009-December2011in I homesaccept function sexual nasal within mirror surgery of patients235cases, under sinus CT,and nasal within mirror Xia and the operation in the by see of situation, records nasalseptum partial song, and in the turbinate mast, and bubble shaped in the turbinate, andin the turbinate anti-Zhang, and hook bursting mast of Anatomy variation situation, thisresearch under chronic nasal-sinusitis patients is merged has nasal polyps meat growthis divided into two large group,a group: simple type chronic sinusitis (conservativetreatment invalid); Group b: chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps and nasal polypsaccording to check structures are divided into3levels: level I: Single solitary sinusitiswith nasal polyps; level II: Multiple multiple sinusitis with nasal polyps; level III:Nasosinusitis patients with multiple nasal polyps. Merge in patients with sinusitis andnasal polyps without polyps in patients with sinusitis and nasal cavity structurecompared to anatomical variation, analysis of their correlation.Results: Functional Endoscopic Sinus surgery for chronic-sinusitis nasal totalcure rate of78.9%, improved rates of17.3%, inefficiency of3.8%. Different group ofsinusitis patients in the nasal septum partial song, and in the turbinate mast and the hookbursting mast check out rate differences has statistics significance; In the turbinatereverse partial song, and bubble shaped in the turbinate and the Xia turbinate mastcheck out rate no clear statistics significance; With nasal polyps meat of chronicnasal-sinusitis patients nasal sinus structure exception of check out rate than simple type chronic nasal-sinusitis patients, and with lesions of serious degree increased, nasal sinusAnatomy exception check out rate increased; In different group of chronicnasal-sinusitis patients in the different types of nasal septum deviation detection ratedifferences are statistically significant (X2=6.64P<0.05), and the high detection rate ofpatients with deviation of nasal septum in patients with higher than high deviation ofnasal septum.Conclusion: Structure of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus abnormalities andchronic-sinusitis have a close relationship, more common structural abnormalities ofnasal septum deviation, middle turbinate hypertrophy and uncinate process hypertrophy.
