The Effects Of Qingre Huoxue Fang On CASI Patients With CHD And Follow-up Study

ObjectiveBy using the method of retrospective follow-up survey, we do statistical analysis for the distribution of TCM syndrome factors on those patients who underwent stent implantation with coronary heart diseases(CHD) in our hospital, assess the efficacy of Qingre Huoxue Fang’s on those patients who underwent stent implantation with coronary heart diseases, provide references for using the TCM treatment to prevent the postoperative complication after stent implantation with coronary heart disease.MethodsWe review all the patients who was discharged between January 2010 and June 2014 and underwent stent implantation with coronary heart disease simultaneously in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. We do statistical analysis for the distribution of TCM syndrome factors. On the basis of the different therapeutic methods, divided them into Western medicine group and Western medicine +TCM group, do statistical analysis for the incidence of cardiovascular events (recurrence angina, recurrent myocardial infarction, repeat PCI, readmission, and death) about two groups after discharge from the hospital within 6 months,1 year, 2 years,3 years,4 years,5years. Meanwhile, on the basis of the use of Chinese herb, divided the patients who used the western medicine +TCM therapeutic method into Qingre Huoxue group and none Qingre Huoxue group, do statistical analysis for the incidence of cardiovascular events (recurrence angina, recurrent myocardial infarction, repeat PCI, readmission, and death) about two groups after discharge from the hospital within 6 months,1 year,2 years, 3 years,4 years,5years., assess the efficacy of Qingre Huoxue Fang on those patients who underwent stent implantation with coronary heart diseases. The end time of follow-up is March 1,2015.Results(1) the distribution law of TCM syndrome:630 patients were included. it shows that the mainly syndrome type in the patients with CHD after CASI is SHI pattern, blood stasis (97.1%), toxic heat (54.3%), phlegm turbidity (36.0%), qi stagnation (13.0%), congealing cold (1.1%), in decreasing order of frequency. Qi deficiency (17.1%), Yin deficiency (8.3%), Yang deficiency (3.5%), in decreasing order of frequency of the XU pattern.(2) the analysis of the rate of cardiovascular events:The average time of follow-up is 2.64 years. the cumulative with TCM+ Western medicine group and Western medicine group in the incidence of major cardiovascular events with no statistical difference (p>0.05), the rate of accumulated in the secondary cardiovascular events was statistically difference rate (p<0.05), the cumulative total cardiovascular event rate on the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Qingre Huoxue group and non Qingre Huoxue group occurred in the cumulative total cardiovascular events rate has no statistical difference (p>0.05).ConclusionThe mainly syndrome type in the patients with CHD after CASI is SHI pattern, mainly include blood stasis, heat-toxicity, phlegm turbidity. Few of them are the XU pattern, mainly includes Qi deficiency. Heat-toxicity with blood stasis is one of the main pathogenesis of CHD.The results showed the western medicine combined with TCM treatment maybe can reduce the incidence rate of cardiovascular events of the patients who with CHD after CASI. The blood activating and heat-clearing treatment maybe is better than the non heat-clearing and blood activating on reducing the incidence rate of cardiovascular events, showed no obvious change on the Pathogenesis of heat-toxicity of the patients with CHD after CASI, Distinguishing disease the first, differentiate secondly" maybe is a new and good clinical for using TCM treatment to treat the patients with CHD after CASI.
