| In recent years, disaster events, such as avian influenza A(H5N1), vaccine incident and avian influenza A(H7N9), have successively occurred in China. These events have seriously impacted public health, and caused serious damage to social public health. Organization for disease control and prevention, which is one of important organizations to deal and handle public health emergency, the quality of its human resource has direct impact on establishing and improving emergency mechanism of public health emergency. Therefore, fully analyze current situation of human resource management in organization for disease control and prevention to find its characteristic and weak line, take targeted improvement measures, which is not only the need of comprehensively improving the emergency handling ability of organization for disease control and prevention, but also the urgent need of promoting government image, protecting public health and life safety.Based on document conclusion, systematic analysis and logical deduction and other theoretical study, with reference of theory, relevant construction situation and study situation of human resource of organization for disease control and prevention at home and abroad, the overall condition of human resource of organization for disease prevention of whole city is studied, including organization condition, human resource amount, age structure, working years structure, education structure, job title structure, major structure, workload, satisfaction, training and etc. With the combination of natural condition of Foshan city and disease prevention and control system, the current human resource situation of disease prevention and control system of Foshan city is analyzed and studied, rationalization suggestions is further proposed to improve human resource, work ability and level of organization for disease control and prevention of Foshan city for decision-maker of functional department reference. |
