| Objectives:To analyze plosive words of concentrated frequency area and release burst of postoperative children with cleft palate before and after voice training, to summarize the differences of concentrated frequency area and release burst before and after voice training, and to verify effectiveness of voice training, for the purpose to help provide clinical reference of cleft palate speech.Methods:â… collected 180 voice samples of children with cleft palate surgery before voice training,and collected another 180 samples from the same children after voice training.The voice analysis software Praat was used to extract concentrated frequency area value including F1, F2, F3 of Chinese plosive words whose phonemes are b, p, d, t, g, k.1 recorded whether the words show release burst, then processed statistical analysis.Results:Concentrated frequency area value of F1, F2, F3 with phoneme b, p, t, k, the F3 value of phoneme d, the F1 value and F2 value of phoneme g, the difference before and after voice training was not statistically significant (P>0.05).F1 value and F2 value of phoneme d, F3 value of phoneme, g, the difference before and after voice training was statistically significant (P<0.05). Show times of full release burst was compared, the difference before and after voice training was statistically significant by Chi-square test (P<0.05).Conclusions:The patients have better velopharyngeal closure after voice training. The Chinese plosive words of phoneme b, p, d, t, g, k can evaluate effect of voice training by making an objective criterion. There are differences about concentrated frequency area value with the words of phonemes d, g, than the other words of phonemes b, p, t, k. |
