With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, human capital has become an important factor of production is of special significance, and become the fundamental driving force for economic development. Human capital is one form of the capital, and physical capital as involved in the production process, and created a great value, income distribution and human capital should be involved in the hospital as well as the material capital. However, in the practice of the development of the hospital, tend to ignore the human capital value, the human capital has not been included in the distribution of income of the hospital, which has caused a series of economic problems. The fundamental way to solve these problems, is to let the human capital participates in the distribution of income of the hospital, embody the value of human capital. To ensure the rational benefit of the human capital, effective incentive to human capital, is the inherent requirement of improving the relevant systems and mechanisms of Longnan hospital.In this paper, the theory of human capital and income distribution theory, analyses the theoretical basis of human capital participating in income distribution in the hospital. The article summarizes the following problems: one is the income distribution of Longnan Hospital of current income distribution is relatively simple; the two is the incentive effect of income distribution of employees is not significant; three is the salary incentive mechanism is not reasonable; the four is the performance appraisal system is not scientific; the five is the financial management system is not reasonable. Finally, put forward to perfect the Longnan Hospital of human capital participating in income distribution of several suggestions: first, establishing the incentive mechanism of human capital, which includes the remuneration incentive and spirit incentive(material) and property rights incentive, maximize stimulate human capital potential; at the same time,secondly, the human capital management finally, the improvement of hospital financial management system, to achieve the sustainable development of Longnan hospital.
