Study Of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture On Mild Cognitive Impairment Patients With Serum BDNF Effent

Objective:This study selected patients with mild cognitive impairment as the research object, through the comparison of tong du tiao shen group and drug control group with serum brain derived neurotrophic factor, with the discussion of the influence on the Tong Du Tiao Shen acupuncture treatments for patients with mild cognitive impairment clinical curative effect, clarify the effectiveness of tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment for mild cognitive impairment. Provide the basis for Alzheimer’s disease prevention and control.Methods:40 cases of patients were collected, all cases are from the second affiliated hospital of anhui medical university outpatients and inpatients, with random principle adopts patients who had mild cognitive impairment can be divided into overseers tong du tiao shen group 20 cases and drug control group 20 cases. Tong du tiao shen set point select Baihui, Dazhui, Shenting, Shangxing, Fengfu, Yamen, Sishencong, Taixi, Dazhong, Zusanli, Xuanzhong. Differentiation acupoints:kidney essence depletion Syndrome with Taixi, KidneyYu tonifying the liver and kidney; heart and spleen deficiency adds Heart Yu, SpleenYu invigorating heart and spleen, nourishing qi; phlegm harasses the heart card adds Fenglong, Shaochong huatan tongluo; blood stasis stagnation syndrome adds Xuehai Diaphragmatic Yu invigorate the circulation of blood and removing blood stasis.1 times each day, retaining needle 40 minutes after acupuncture needling, meantime line needle twice, needle six times a week, a total of 8 weeks. Drug control group took donepezil HCL (aricept) 5 mg, oral before sleeping every night, for 8 weeks.Two groups of patients before and after treatment is used to detect the serum BDNF, and carries on the Mini Mental State Examination and Montreal Cognitive Assessment score, further comparative analysis; Data analys using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:(1) Before and after treatment in two groups comparison, can decreased the level of serum BDNF, MMSE score and MoCA score improvement. Within group had significant difference (P<0.05).(2) In the two groups after treatment, the observation indexes comparison between groups had significant difference (P<0.05).Tong du tiao shen group compared with the drug control group have significant difference, statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Two kinds of therapy were able to make the serum BDNF levels in patients with mild cognitive impairment and decline, have varying degrees of improvement in the patients with MMSE score and MoCA score.(2) On mild cognitive impairment inpatients with serum BDNF level, MMSE score and MoCA score of the intervention effect was better than the drug group unblocking Tiaoshen group, shows that acupuncture tong du tiao shen therapy in improving cognitive function in patients, improve the ability of daily life, is an effective therapy for the treatment.(3) Through tong du tiao shen acupuncture is simple safe, effective, nontoxic side effects, for the prevention and treatment of memory disorders diseases related to provide new idea and method of science.
