Objective:Pregnant women school is maternal a major platform for perinatal health care knowledge, but the actual utilization of the present pregnant women school is low. And the popularity of today’s computers and smartphones, created the conditions for pregnant women to explore network, network pregnant women school teaching form a richer, more convenient get more commuters expectant mothers during pregnancy health care knowledge, make the pregnant women can smoothly through the perinatal period. This study to accept traditional and network course of pregnant women during pregnancy pregnant women school learning effect comparison research, explore the design of network course to carry out network pregnant women school health education, in order to meet the needs of more people, make up for the inadequacy of traditional pregnant women schools. We explore the two-way exchange of information through the network, make the maternal and their families, increased its credibility to the medical personnel and provided a basis for smooth delivery.Methods:We using two groups of contrast experiment method, through convenience sampling method selection in November 2013 to May 2014 in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university maternity clinic for a total of 240 cases of pregnant women in prenatal as the research object.Perinatal course is divided into four classes, and to participate in every course with 60 cases of pregnant women, and each course, pregnant women to hospital group 30 cases as the traditional school curriculum learning, participate in 30 cases of pregnant women in pregnancy network courses for the network group.we told that pregnant women with method, obtain the understand and cooperate with him after the signing of the informed consent. First of all, the traditional group of pregnant women before fill in the questionnaire and immediately after the pregnant women began to attend hospital pregnant women school course of study, after the class to fill in the second questionnaire and on-site recycling independently. Second, let the network group of pregnant women at the time of waiting and fill in the first questionnaire site after recovery, to guide pregnant women how to open the online course site or use the form of E-mail sent courseware for pregnant women can use the Internet at home self-study. While pregnant women bring home the second questionnaire, warned pregnant women in self-study online course after the second questionnaire independently, and when the next prenatal to return to the researchers. Pregnant women for delivery before and after the knowledge score is:44.27 ± 5.13,49.60 ±4.82, the difference was statistically significant also (P< 0.05); Pregnant women for perinatal health care related knowledge points are:81.20 ± 6.04,89.27±4.89, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05)Pregnant women before and after the group of pregnant women to participate in the network courses for breastfeeding related knowledge and skills of scores are:45.97 ± 6.06,57.30 ± 6.39, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); On neonatal care of pregnant women in the relevant knowledge and skills of score is:49.00 ± 5.70,58.30± 4.74, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Pregnant women for delivery before and after the knowledge score is:45.43 ±4.69,50.20± 5.00, the difference was statistically significant also (P< 0.05); Pregnant women for perinatal health care related knowledge points are:81.33 ±6.29,88.53± 5.55, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)We learn about traditional and network group pregnant women after the intervention, found that two groups of pregnant women to the related operational stronger breastfeeding and neonatal care knowledge scores increase scores are compared, and the statistical, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Pregnant women for part of the theoretical knowledge about labor delivery and perinatal health care knowledge score statistical comparison, no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05) Conclusion:Based on this study failed to insist to pregnant women fornetwork course learn the pregnant women and pregnant women in the hospital school compare their study effect, found in pregnant women their own ways of network course learning effect and the best hospital in pregnant women school and more convenient, from the macroscopic aspect, this method can further improve the utilization rate of pregnant women school and benefit more pregnant women to get health care knowledge.
