Objective: To discuss the related problems of the perinatal adverse outcomes inIntrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods: The ICP cases were gotten together from January2007to January2013in University Hospital of Chengdu and Child Health Hospital of Jinniu District ofChengdu.522cases of ICP were analyzed retrospectively,to discussed the relationshipbetween obstetric factors and adverse perinatal outcomes.Results:(1)Univariate analysis showed that the time of onset, high TBA,high ALT,highTBIL,high DBIL,hypertension were statistically significant(P<0.05);Logisticregression analysis indicated that time of onset, high TBA, hypertension were riskfactors for adverse outcomes of ICP perinatal(P<0.05),OR values were2.922,1.770,1.861.(2) The incidence rate of adverse outcomes of severe ICP weregreater than mild, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3) ICPincidence of perinatal adverse outcomes was statistically significant which weredivided into three groups at different times of onset(P<0.05).In the incidence ofpreterm birth, birth asphyxia, the occurrence of meconium,≤32W groups were higherthan the other two groups(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence in preterm and smallfor gestational age,32+1-34W onset group were higher than>34W onsetgroup(P<0.05).(4) Itching group and no itching group, prolonged itching group andshort itching group which the incidence of adverse outcomes were compared, thedifference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: time of onset, high TBA, hypertension are risk factors for adverseoutcomes of ICP perinatal; the incidence of ICP perinatal adverse outcomes are muchgreater than mild to severe, and sub-degree treatment may improve the prognosisICP;with the onset of early, the incidence of preterm birth increase of ICP perinatal,Using32weeks define by the incidence of early-onset ICP,it may be moreappropriate than34weeks; Itching still can not be used as a division of ICP indexingand evaluation of its prognosis.
