Objective: To evaluation of TCM injections used in the treatment of NSCLC in clinical andusing evidence-based methodology to evaluate the effect of TCM injections assist to treatNSCLC.Method: At first part, we collect western medicines and Traditional Chinese medicines whichused by NSCLC patients in hospital, then using frequency analysis. At second part,Usingevidence-based methodology to retrieve clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of literatureabout TCM injections auxiliary treatment of non-small cell lung cancer through CNKI, CBMand VIP database from Jan2006to Dec2012, using clinical efficacy. life quality,gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow suppression as outcome indicators to record thenumber of treatment group and control group cases, then put those data into RevMan5.0toanalyze.Result:The first part include86NSCLC patients, they used western medicines more thantradicational Chinese medicines, but some TCM injections also be used, such as Kanglaiteinjection, Aidi injection, Senmai injection, Senfu injection, Kangai injection, Xiangguduotanginjection, Senqifuzheng injection, Fufangkusen injection. The second part have84referencesabout NSCLC,20articles are about kangai injection,17articles are about xiangguduotanginjection,32articles are about senqifuzheng injection,15articles are about fufangkuseninjection, Meta analysis shows four kinds of TCM injection in improve clinical efficacy, lifequality and reduce gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow suppression are p<0.05, thetreatment group compared with control group has an significant differenceConclusion: The available literatures and clinical data indicate that TCM injections are notmuch in clinical, using evidence-based methodology to expand sample shows that Kangaiinjection, Xiangguduotang injection, Senqifuzheng injection and Fufangkusen injection canassist to NSCLC to improve clinical efficacy, life quality and reduce adverse events.
