Through Promoting Blood Warm Cream RCTs Treating Early Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical observation of warming promoting blood cream early diabetic lower extremity vascular disease (DLEAD) WIQ scores and symptom scores before and after treatment to evaluate the warm cream promoting blood circulation through the clinical value of early diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods:96patients with early diabetic lower extremity vascular disease patients enrolled,48patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group48cases, the treatment group with warm cream while promoting blood circulation through the basic treatment. The control group using the same basic treatment of intravenous lipoic acid injection. Treatment for14days to observe changes in early diabetic lower extremity vascular disease indicators before and after treatment. Results:After treatment WIQ scores in each group there was a significant difference statistically significant(F=137.65, P＜0.01). Treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Each group before and after treatment symptom score difference was significant statistically significant, namely: numbness:compare before and after treatment, the difference was significant statistically significant (P＜0.001), in the control group before and after treatment, the difference was significant statistical significance (P=0.008). Cold sensation:the treatment group before and after treatment, the difference was significant statistically significant (P<0.001), the control group before and after treatment, there was a significant difference statistically significant (P=0.008). Resting pain:the treatment group before and after treatment, there was a significant difference statistically significant (P<0.001), the control group before and after treatment, there was a significant difference statistically significant (P=0.005). Conclusions:(1) The study found that by promoting blood circulation through warm cream is an effective treatment for diabetic lower extremity vascular disease, results in treatment efficacy is better than western medicine, clinical improvement is particularly evident.(2) by observing the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment found Integrative treatment of early diabetic lower extremity vascular disease compared with western medicine alone has some advantages.
