Objective:1. Clinical:retrospective analysis of the clinical effect of yi-qi-fu-sheng(YQFS) combined with chemotherapy on colorectal cancer patients, confirming its effects.2. Experiment:from two aspects of in vivo and in vitro, to study the inhibiting effect of YQFS combined with chemotherapy on colorectal cancer and VEGF, bFGF expression. Methods:1. Clinical:collection of colorectal cancer blood deficiency type cases were divided into treatment and control groups to assess the toxicity of chemotherapy and patient outcomes.2. Experimental:Different doses of colon cancer cells treated by YQFS, CCK-8assay on cell proliferation; impact on flow cytometry apoptosis; established colorectal cancer xenograft model in nude mice, according to group were sacrificed after21days of continuous treatment, inhibition rate was calculated; immunohistochemical method to detect VEGF, bFGF expression; TUNEL assay apoptosis. Results:1Clinical:YQFS order to reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy after colon cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.2Experimental part:in vivo and in vitro experiments have demonstrated that inhibition of colon cancer cells before YQFS proliferation and apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner, and can inhibit the expression of tumor tissue VEGF, bFGF protein. Conclusions:1. Clinical:YQFS can reduce blood deficiency type colorectal cancer patients after chemotherapy toxicity and improve the quality of life of patients.2Experimental:YQFS could inhibit the growth of colon cancer cells, apoptosis, collaborative chemotherapeutic drugs kill tumor cells, and its role in colorectal cancer and inhibit the expression of anti-VEGF, bFGF related.
