Clinical Observation Of Zi Shen Shu Gan Soup For Curing The Stagnation Of Liver-Qi And Renal Deficiency Of Menopausal Syndrome

Objective:To study the therapeutical effect of Zi-shen-shu-gan Soup on menopausal syndrome(MPS) diagnosed deficiency of kidney and liver stagnation syndrome, and to explore its action mechanism.Methods:The clinic’s collection of70patients of MPS were randomly divided into the treatment group35cases and35cases to the control group. Patients in the treatment group were given zi-shen-shu-gan soup,Patients in the control group were given yi-guan-jian soup.4weeks was one period of treatment and8weeks were for observation. Before and after the treatment, we would record the patient’s level of LH、FSH、E2、Kupperman scores and TCM syndrome scores separately.Results:1.Both of Zi-shen-shu-gan soup and yi-guan-jian soup can reduce the the patient’s Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).2.1n the treatment group of35cases,6cases got cure,16cases had marked effect, effectively in11cases,2cases failed,the total effective rate was94.285%;In the control group of35cases,2cases got cure,12cases had marked effect, effectively in15cases,6cases failed,the effective rate is82.857%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Both groups can increase the level of E2(P<0.05) by the chi-square test after the cure.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Though FSH and LH is lower after the therapy, but there was no statistical significance.Maybe it was belongs to the small clinic’s collection and the therapy was short.5.After the therapy,the treatment group was better than the control group on some clinical syndrome,such as baking hot sweat,insomnia,irritability.6.1n the process of treatment,there were no adverse reactions or allergy between the70patients.and it account for TCM was safe. Conclusion:There are means of nourishing kidney and yin fluid,soothing the liver,relieving uneasiness of mind and body tranquilization,which can cure MPS effectively.The therapy can reduce the the patient’s clinical syndrome score,and improve symptoms.The patient’s level of FSH and LH was lower than before the therapy,but there was no statistical significance. This treatment could perfect ovarian function and endocrine environment presumably by improving the body’s internal environment.
