Clinical Research On Zi Shen Qing Xin Fang Jia Jian Treating Menopausal Syndrome Combined By Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To observe the improvement of clinical effect and its mechanism of Zi Shen Qin Xing Fang Jia Jian in treating menopausal syndrome combined by hyperlipidemia syndrome.Methods:Take female patients who are accord with the menopausal syndrome combined by hyperlipidemia in group, completed with 30 patients.4 weeks for a course of treatment, continuous observation of 3 courses; observe the patients of main symptoms hot flashes, sweating number, Kupperman symptom score, serum E2,FSH,and TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C level changes before and after treatment.Results:(1)The main symptoms score:after treatment the hot flashes, sweating number decreased, with statistical significance (P<0.05);(2)Improved the symptom score of Kupperman:the symptom score before and after treatment had statistical significance.(P<0.05);(3)Hormone levels:After treatment, the E2 rised, FSH decreased,the change before and after treatment had statistical significance (P<0.05).(4) Blood-lipid levels:After treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C decreased but HDL-C rised, there were significant changes before and after treatment (P<0.05);(5) Security Analysis:the review of liver and kidney after treatment of 30 patients had no abnormal function,suggesting that the clinical application of drug safety is good.Conclusion:Zi Shen Qin Xing Fang Jia Jian could ease the clinical syndrome of patients who were menopausal syndrome, particularly with easing the main symptoms of hot flashes and sweating. It also could improve the quality of life of patients. Meanwhile, it could improve the metabolism level of blood-lipid which was the effective treatment of menopausal syndrome combined by hyperlipidemia syndrome,and had a good prospect for clinical application.
