Objective:1) Investigate the importance of different competence inthe doctors, nurses, administrator and patients, puts forward several corecompetency, help for set up doctors post competency model in China;2) Tosurvey the post competency of doctors, found insufficient, and put forwardsimprove methods.Methods: The quantitative and qualitative methods were Combined.Through literature study, learn about the progress at home and abroad andsome available methods; Using random sampling questionnaire to collectdata; Describe statistical method is adopted to obtain the importance andperformance of each competency in mean score, standard deviation,95%CI,etc; Using Principal Component Analysis(PCA) method to extract thepublic factor, combining with the experts consulting, core competenceswere obtained, and through Behavioral Event Interview to supplement thecore competences. Results: The top37of importance for specific competencecharacteristics were got, through Principal Component Analysis exploredthe six core competency; Focus Group Interview added managementstudents and clinical teaching ability, independent learning ability, scientificresearch capacity; Know how much of the post competency was masteredin present situation.Conclusion:9core competences were got, namely: clinical basic skills,professional spirit, communication ability, grasp and use of medicalknowledge, team cooperation ability, information management, managestudents and clinical teaching ability, independent learning ability, researchability; From the results, information collection and manage abilityã€scientific research ability is poorer in8competence plates, and doctorssurveyed performance good in professional ethics related competencyfeatures; Doctors who only accepted lower level of education are worse inresearch ability and information collecting ability compare with highlyeducated doctors; Pediatricians and gynecologist have poor communicationability and team cooperation consciousness compare with other categoriesdoctors; With the more education accepted, the doctors performance worseon team cooperation,but better at public health service ability. |
