"Point Application Of Ginger And Asa Rum" Treatment Of Cold Syndromeof Epigastric Pain (Functional Dyspepsia) Of Patient With Clinical Research

Object: Observe “point application of ginger juice and asarum” treatment of coldsyndrome of epigastric pain (Functional dyspepsia) patient with clinical efficacy.Methods: Will qualified76cases by the patient in randomized controlled trialprinciple divided into the treatment group and control group,39cases of treatmentgroup,take the basic treatment of “The thrift navel stick of ginger juice andasarum”(raw ginger,asarum, fructus evodiae eight)tasted sixmeridians:(“shenquen”,“yongquan”,“zhongwan”,“taichong”the point) once aday,and maintain4to6hours.The control group,39cases taking basic treatment. Thebasic treatment:Two groups of patients are taking the oral Chinese Medicine AstragaliMiddle-Construction Decoction andLIizhongtang.The traditional Chinese medicine coldwater soak30minutes,later soft fire boiled for10minutes,and after dinner,150ml takewith warm oral,three times a day. The30mg riboflavin injection was takingcontinually sell drip, once a day, Hydrotalcite Chewable tablets,pre-dinner chewingoral.The two groups of patient with total treatment for lasted two weeks,clinicalsymptoms before,after treatment one week and two weeks efficiency on acomparative analysis.Result:1.The two groups patient after treating all can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the clinical symptoms in patients with integral, but thetreatment group in improving clinical symptoms and reduced integral level is betterthan the control group.2.The two groups patient with TCM syndrome curative effect comparisondifference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）,in improving the TCM syndromethat the treatment group is better than control group.To compare the two groupspatient with TCM syndrome curative effect before treatment an after1week,thedifference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).To compare the two groups patientwith TCM syndrome curative effect before treatment after1week and2week,thedifference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:“Thrift navel stick of ginger juice and asarum”can significantly improvethe dyspepsia cold syndrome of epigastric pain clinical of symptoms patients.Can bea choice that is be used a clinical external use way,and it has the important value ofclinical application.
