Observation On The Effect Of Voice Training Combined With Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Treatment On Voice Disease Of Professional Voice Users

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to analyze the clinical changes of patients with voice diseases under the intervention of two ways,to explore the effect of voice training combined with traditional Chinese medicine on voice diseases of professional voice users,and to evaluate their voice by subjective and objective parameters.It will provide some basis for the application of voice training in voice diseases in the future,and bring good news for more patients who are troubled by voice.MethodsIn this study,58 patients were divided into two groups by non random and control methods.The intervention measures of the control group were laryngeal massage+golden throat Sanjie pill.The experimental group was based on the former to train the voice of the patients.Before the treatment,the voice of the patients was evaluated by dynamic laryngoscope or indirect laryngoscope,computer voice analysis,symptom and sign scale,vhi-30 scale and MPT.One month after the treatment,Recheck the above inspection and fill in the relevant scale again.The data of all the patients in the group were summarized,and the data of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed to get the results.The results were analyzed to get the conclusions.ResultsBefore the treatment,the general data and clinical data of the two groups were at the same baseline,which was comparable.After treatment,15 cases were markedly effective in the experimental group,6 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 72.41%.After treatment,11 cases were effective in the control group,0 case was markedly effective,the total effective rate was 37.93%.By statistical comparison,P=0.002<0.05,there was statistical difference between the two.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control groupConclusionThrough this study,it is confirmed that voice training has a certain effect on the treatment of voice diseases of professional voice users,can improve the voice quality of patients,and provide a certain basis for the promotion of voice training in the future.
