| Objective: Based on the early stage of the Ginger ginseng pinelliadecoction on the basis of studying the whole party further experimentalresearch for demolition,By conducting open experiment research on theGinger ginseng pinellia decoction to further explore the each group ofdemolition side low, medium and high doses of teratogenic sensitive, toexplore the presence or absence of reproductive toxicity in mice if pinelliawith dried ginger, ginseng, ginger after compatibility, to illustrate thescience of prescription compatibility and scientificly extend the applicationof ancient lineage party.Methods: Using the section Ⅱ method of reproductive toxicitytest,preparate of the herb tea party groups of the Ginger ginseng pinelliadecoction, pregnant rats were randomly assigned to the control group andeach demolition party group, on the6th day after the female rats pregnancythen begin to drug delivery continuous to the12days, on the18th day weresacrificed that pregnant rats, observe in all groups of pregnant rats’ liver,spleen and kidney weight, embryo development and fetal appearance.Results:1the influence of pregnant rats in pinellia rhizoma zingiberis groupCompared with the blank group, pinellia rhizoma zingiberis low dose groupof pregnant mice weight and weight gain, embryonic development and liver,spleen, kidney weight and index difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05); Pinellia rhizoma zingiberis medium dose group of pregnant ratbody weight, weight gain, liver and spleen kidney weight and index andeffect on embryo difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Pinelliarhizoma zingiberis quality of high dose group of pregnant mice, embryodevelopment situation and influence of liver and spleen kidney weight andindex had significant difference (P<0.01). And pinellia rhizoma zingiberiscompared differences between high dose group and low dose group hasstatistical significance (P<0.05).2the influence of pregnant rats in pinellia ginsenggroupCompared with the blank group, pinellia ginseng low, medium and highdose group of pregnant rat body weight, weight gain, the embryonicdevelopment situation, the influence of the liver and spleen kidney weightand index were significantly difference compared with the blank group (P <0.01).3the influence of pregnant rats in pinellia raw gingergroupCompared with the blank group, pinellia raw ginger group of low,medium and high dose groups of pregnant rats’body weight, weight gain, therate of live births, stillbirths, fetal absorption rate, even fetal uterine weight,liver weight, kidney weight, spleen weight, liver weight index, kidney weightindex, spleen weight index showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Pinellia raw ginger low, medium and high dose group and pinelliarhizoma zingiberis low dose group of pregnant mice reproductive functionand there were no obvious influence embryonic development. Pinellia rhizoma zingiberis medium and high dose group and pinellia ginseng low,medium and high dose group of pregnant mice reproductive function andembryonic development has certain toxic effects. Obtained from theexperimental results, ginger can reduce the toxicity of pinellia tuber;pinellia and dried ginger low dose (equivalent to an adult daily dosage of10times), dried ginger can reduce the poison of pinellia, once more than thedosage, dried ginger, don’t have to suppress their toxicity.Ginseng can’trestrict pinellia toxicity. |
