| Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate depression diagnosis shifts and the related influence factors.Methods111first-admission depression patients were given a2years retrospective analysis respectively at the first admission,year1and year2.Based on the medical records and ICD-10psychiatrists made a diagnosis and gave HAMD(Hamilton depression scale) rating.Results At year1,among the111patients,83patients kept the original diagnosis (74.8%),25patients shifted into bipolar disorder(22.5%),l patient shifted into schizophrenia(0.1%),1patient shifted into schizoaffective disorder(0.1%),1patient shifted into dissociative disorder(0.1%),and others kept still.Age onset,family history and induced factors were the significant influence factors of the diagnosis shift from depression to bipolar disorder.Conclusion depression shifted into bipolar disorder in2years mostly,and age onset〠family history and induced factors were the predictable factors to shift into bipolar disorder. |
