The degree ofknow to disease in patients.Conclusions:1. The factors that could effectively alleviate the primary caregivers, burdenwere the adult children being the caregivers、the higher annual income、 having otherfamily members to share caregiving. The higher burden was related to the caregiverswith primary educational、 the lower annual income、 lack of pervious careexperience、professional for civil servants.2. The primary caregivers of patients with advanced gastric cancer have severeserious anxiety and depression, the common factors influencing the primarycaregivers, anxiety and depression were the duration of disease in patients、therelationship with patients、primary caregivers, age;in addition, patients, cancerpain could increased anxiety level of primary caregivers, the degree of know todisease in patients also were high risk factors of the depression.
