On the basis of analyzing wood vinegar composition characteristics, through the biological pesticide and contrast the decoupling application and separate application of biogas slurry, determination of pest control effect, the indicator change of leaf physiological and physical properties and apple physical and physiological and biochemical properties, studied the prevention and control of wood vinegar and influence on leaf growth and apple quality, to provide evidence for the development of wood vinegar ecological orchard application technology and making the production specification. The experimental results showed that:1, There is an obvious drop in the synergy of wood vinegar and biological pesticide or the synergy of wood vinegar decoupling with biological pesticide and biogas slurry. The defending effect of the treat of biogas slurry decoupling with biological pesticide is powdery mildew was 86.7%, aphids was 96.7%, red spider was 90.4%, reached the highest control effect, which is significantly higher than the control of biological pesticide and biogas slurry which is 73.0%, 89.6%, 75.0%, respectively; Wood vinegar and biological pesticide decoupling control, powdery mildew was 84.9%, aphids was 96.5%, red spider was 89.7%, each index were significantly higher than just use biological pesticide; Wood vinegar liquid and biological pesticide(half) decoupling control, powdery mildew was 81.6%, aphids was 96.2%, red spider was 88.2%, slightly lower than wood vinegar and biological pesticide usual coupling but the difference is not significant, and no significant difference with the max control effect, 50% reduction is can still reach the high level control effect.2, Wood vinegar has significant effect on leaf growth. When harnessing the wood vinegar solely, the relative content of chlorophyll was 47.72, 4.57% higher than CK; Leaf area was 32.57 cm2, 8.49% higher than CK; Leaf thickness of 5.03 cm, 1.21% higher than CK; Hundred-leaf fresh weight is 75.16 g, 6.96% higher than CK; Hundred-leaf dry weight is 32.59 g, 0.59% higher than CK.3, Wood vinegar had significant effect on the quality of apple, the biggest growth comes from the plot which the growing state and the management level is worse. When wood vinegar used solely, the average fruit weight is 210.2 g, 3.8% higher than CK; Proportion is 0.89, 3.49% higher than CK; Hardness is 8.29 kg/cm2, 4.27% lower than in CK; Soluble sugar content is 11.4 g / 100 g, 11.8% higher than CK; Total acid content is 2.93 g/kg, 0.68% lower than CK; Vitamin C is 1.25 mg/100 g, 17.92% higher than CK; Protein content is 0.38g/100 g, 5.56% higher than CK. All indicators are up to the level of the significant difference(p<0.05) except the indicator of proportion.4, Wood vinegar decoupling with the biogas slurry have a wide synergistic effect on the growth of leaf and fruit. The difference of chlorophyll content, leaf area, leaf thickness, Ye Xian heavy, authors, fruit weight, soluble sugar index and wood vinegar liquid sheet, biogas slurry has all reached a significant level; The effect on hardness is just the opposite, hardness decreased significantly for apple when utilizing the wood vinegar, and the influence is greater than the biogas slurry.
