| Peach aphid(Myzus persicae Suizer)is an important agricultural pest;as a new type of insecticide, furfuramide and spirofethyl ester have acceptable control effects on peach aphids.Although there are currently no studies indicating that peach aphids are resistant to these two endogenous insecticides,a large number of reports on the resistance of stinging mouthpiece pests to insecticides indicate the risk of resistance and the need to prepare measures for subsequent resistance management. As a multifunctional biological agent, wood vinegar may have various effects on peach aphid pests and is not easy to lead to the development of resistance. In this paper, the peach aphid was studied to determine whether wood vinegar solution had an enhanced effect on the control of furfuramide and spirochete against the peach aphid. The results are as follows:(1)Although wood vinegar has a repellent effect on peach aphids;however, the antifeeding effect and acute toxicity were not significant;it can also inhibit the activities of detoxification enzymes(GST,ACh E,Car E)in the peach aphid, with a decrease of57.3%,38.7%,and 58.0%,respectively.The experiment found that the wood vinegar solution had a significantly enhanced effect on the control of spirochete and furfuramide against peach aphids.(2)Population experiments found that high concentration of wood vinegar would inhibit the growth of Chinese cabbage plants;Conventional concentration of wood vinegar inhibited chlorophyll synthesis in Chinese cabbage leaves; The main impact on the peach aphid is that it reduces its population proliferative capacity.(3)Pot experiments showed that the control effect of wood vinegar diluted 200 times on three concentrations of furachlor against peach aphids was significantly enhanced;Dilution of 100 times and 200 times of wood vinegar solution significantly improved the control effect of spirochete against peach aphid. In summary, wood vinegar reduces the resistance of the peach aphid to insecticides by inhibiting the activity of detoxification enzymes in the body, thereby facilitating the efficacy of the two insecticides;high concentration wood vinegar may damage the Chinese cabbage plant and is not recommended for use. That is to say,the appropriate concentration of wood vinegar solution increases the control effect of furachlor and spirochete on peach aphids. To sum up,wood vinegar can be used as a green synergist to delay the resistance of peach aphids to spirochete and furachlor. This study provides a theoretical basis for green prevention and control of peach aphids. |
