Analysis For Seed Yield Factors Of Different Populations Bothriochloa Ischaemum In Shanxi

In this experiment, different populations of wild Bothriochloa ischaemum in Shanxi province as materials were studied, which about its agronomic traits and seed yield factors. It can identify the factors of seed yield and provide a theoretical basis for improving its seed yield. The results were showed as following:1. As the flowering habits of different populations of wild Bothriochloa ischaemum, blooming started from upper 1/3 of inflorescence and then up and down at the same time. Bothriochloa ischaemum started to bloom in the afternoon, reaching to a climax at 17:00-18:00 and withering after 18:00-19:00.2. The seed yield factors had significantly differences among populations of wild Bothriochloa ischaemum (P<0.01). The variation coefficient of seed yield factors which correlated with each other were from 3.85% to 39.60%. The numbers of reproductive shoots, compound raceme, spikelet number, florets number, thousand seed weight and ripening rate were significantly positively correlated with harvested seed yield (P<0.01). And the node number of spike stalk and seed number were significantly correlated with harvested seed yield (P<0.05)3. According to principal component analysis with these seed yield factors, the cumulative contribution rate of three principle elements was 89.98%. The raw data standardized were clustered into three groups based on the principal component analysis, and the second group was the best of the three.4. The main factors of the seed yield were made of node number of spike stalk (X3), spikelet number (X10) and thousand seed weight (X16) by multivariate linear regression analysis. And a seed yield optimal multivariate regression equation was also established: Y1=760.1394-26.5918X3+11.6934X10+1008.7167Xi6 (R2=0.9772, F=28.55*).5. Accounting the factors of seed yield of Bothriochloa ischaemum, the potential seed yield of dai county is the most which reached to 7843.72 kg/hm2, while the potential seed yield of Liulin is the least which reached to 2604.06 kg/hm2. And the harvested seed yield of Dai county is the most which reached to 407.16 kg/hm2, while the harvested seed yield of Xiangfen is the least which only reached to 56.16 kg/hm2.
