Research On Emergency Order Inserting Problem In MT Company

Production scheduling plays a very important role in all industry, especially in the manufacturing industry with increasingly fierce competition. Due to the continuous change of the market, the competition has changed to speed competition from the scale of competitio n and quality competition. The production mode of many enterprises has gradually shifted from mass production mode to the order oriented multi variety and small batch production mode. Because of the changing of consumer demand, there is an emergency in ord er scheduling problem in the enterprise normal production work. And this kind of emergency scheduling problem whether can be better solved directly affects the enterprise’s work income and customer satisfaction. Therefore, the urgent insert order scheduling problem in the production scheduling problem has become a problem that must be solved in the field of management and operation, and the research on this problem will have important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the theoretical research of emergency list scheduling problem, finally, the method is applied to the emergency insert production of MT shoe sole production workshop to verify the feasibility and effectiveness. The contents of the thesis mainly includes the following several part s:(1) By the internship in MT Company and the analysis of current production situation, the order reception and row of single case of the MT company production workshop, and combining with the actual situation of the research object, we are clear to the research question and combine with the related theory to determine the implementation plan and technical route.(2)In the view of MT company’s sole production workshop in the insert sheet production scheduling in emergency situations can’t adjust production plan and other issues, so a method is put forward which more suitable for parallel machine production mode of emergency in order scheduling problem solution, the method is mainly divided into: the parallel machine equipment to determine priority and temporary order inserting method.(3) According to the order data of sole workshop of MT company in first half of November 2015, the proposed method is applied to the original production plan order inserting of the enterprise the application analysis achieved good results, it proved that reverse order inserting method can solve the emergency order inserting problem of the production type.The research achievements basically solved the small shoe sole manufacture workshop frequent emergency list scheduling problem, making the enterprise faced with an emergency order production order with no longer confused, and enhancing the enterprise’s profit and customer satisfaction. At the same time, the proposed parallel machine equipment with more priority in our study and a method for determining algorithm for many similar production enterprise has a certain theoretical guidance meaning and practical value.
