Layer-inserting Structure Analysis And Optimization For A High-rise Business-living Building After Adding Fifteen Layers To Five In Shanxi

With the wide application of inserting layers in our country, studies of reconstructed projects are increasing. Because of the deformed standard in this field, unification of special specification and response analysis of the seismic action is inadequate. This paper has analyzed a project of adding fifteen layers to five layers building in Shanxi Province.Finally it will become a high business-living reinforced concrete building.The project is analysed by combining the software of PKPM and MIDAS with finite element method. The following contents are mainly researched in this article:1,By looking up in materials both at home and abroad through multiple ways to get the basic information about the actuality and deficiency of reconstructed projects.Then point out several questions about reconstructed projects in our country.2,Static analysis, modal analysis, response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis is done to the models established on various scheme. The reaction of building structure during seismic excitation and wind loads is discussed. By disposing the analysis results, the paper shows the internal force and deformation based on different scheme.3,Through comparison of technical economical index in two schemes,the structure system of inserting layers is determined.4,Through the response analysis of the structure under rare seismic action,the reaction of this structure in an earthquake is discussed.Through modeling analysis and disposing the analysis results,change about inter force and displacement of structure in a rare earthquake is intuitively understood.5,By trying to load a Wenchuan seismic wave, structure analysis on the chosen structure system is done.When structure meets the specification requirements, the response of the structure in earthquakes (e.g.,Wenchuan earthquake) is discussed.
