With the wide application of inserting layers in our country, studies of reconstructed projects are increasing. Steel structure added in the concrete structure, at present, there is no relevant specification constraints in domestic and inserting layer structure and original structure norms can't coordinate. Five floors steel frame-BRB structure is added on the eight floors concrete shear wall through a steel reinforced concrete transition about a in-patient building in Shanxi. This paper has analyzed the mixed add layer structure about the project.The project is analysed by combining the software of PKPM and MIDAS with finite element method. The following contents are mainly researched in this article:1,Some structural scheme were compared from the technical feasibility and economical efficiency, and the suitable structural was chosen for the direction of structure design.2,The paper studies the mixed structure in the earthquake action and wind loads reaction through static analysis, modal analysis, response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis. By disposing the analysis results, the paper shows the internal force and deformation about this complex structure. 3,Inserting layer structure and original structure get a good connections by adopting steel reinforced concrete columns in the transition layer.4,Distribution law of mixed structure damping ratio under various vibration models and influence of damping ratio to mixed structural internal force is discussed.5,Influence of column base rigid joints and semi-rigid connection to mixed structural internal force is discussed.Based on analysis and research of the project case, the methods could provide reference to similar projects and the way for deeper research is paved.
