A Probe Into The Effective Realization Of Agricultural Industrialization In China

The industrialization of agriculture is a kind of new agricultural organization andoperation mode, which is highly dynamic and fit the actual development of China’sagriculture. Its essence is to achieve the effective connection between small-scaledecentralized farmers and modern market economy through various forms ofintermediary service organizations, organically integrate the whole links ofagricultural production,implement specialized production and integrated operation,vigorously extend and perfect the agricultural industry chain,boost the agriculturaleconomy and promote the farmers’ income.The industrialization of agriculture has been rapidly spread worldwide since bornin the1950s, and made great achievements. It is an important measure to expedite thetransition of agricultural production mode and balance urban and rural development inour country. Government and the community have given highly priority to theindustrialization of agriculture, and provided a lot of policy support and resourceguarantee.The industrialization of agriculture is an effective way to develop agriculturaleconomy, solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, as well as build anew socialist countryside.However, China’s current agricultural infrastructure isrelatively weak and lag behind, faced with the challenges of economic globalization inthe same time, making the industrialization of agriculture in the stage of opportunitiesand risks coexist.After decades of practice, China’s industrialization of agriculture has made significantachievements as well as many problems.In order to improve the basic environment ofthe development of agricultural industrialization and solve the obstacles that havebeen encountered, this paper references the successful experience of internationalagricultural industrialization and put forward pointed countermeasures andsuggestions for further developing agricultural industrialization in China.Formulatingthe macro overall planning,vigorously perfecting the agricultural industrialchain,consummating rural public service system,improving the organization degree offarmers,attaching great importance to brand construction,promoting the modernization,specialization, informationization of circular agriculture economic development system under the call of "broadband China" strategy,in order to realize good andsteady growth of agricultural industrialization.
