Abstract:At present, recycling agriculture is the main trend of world’s agriculture development. In a certain degree, recycling agriculture could realize the goal of "energy saving and waste reduction, low cast and high efficiency".Recycling agriculture park is a way to carry out agriculture circular economy. How to harmonize the recycling agriculture park’s economy, community, ecological benefit is a important problem to be solved by every place’s research. This article is guided by the theory of recycling agriculture economy. And it researches the development of Chaoqiang agriculture park based on both the theory reality. It also analyzes the park’s advantages and shortages and completely estimates the park by establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system with Index evaluation method. This article also gives some suggestions about how to support the development of recycling agriculture. The main results of this research are as follows:(1)Take the foundation of the development of agriculture evaluation theory system, combined with the agriculture practical and circulation agriculture mode of Chaoqiang. Make up a index system includes4senior class index such as resource reduction, recycling, economic output, ecological environment,and12junior class index such as fertilizer strength,unite labor input for output value,pig market value, etc. and established the evaluation method.(2) The park resources evaluation can be recycled, because of the organic fertilizer and agricultural technology’s professional guidance, fertilizer, pesticide use of recycled, and reduced the rate of fossil energy dependence, fertilizer intensity index of0.812points, circulation park resources reduction respect to1.394points, resource level compared with the traditional agricultural model reduction, reduction degree is higher; Straw, poultry and animal feces and showed higher recycling level, circulation park recycling respect to1.19points, recycling target slightly better than the average level; The cycle of economic output respect to1.479points, the park ecological environment respect to1.44points, compared with the traditional agricultural management mode, the park economic output level is higher, and the environmental protection effect is good.(3) Through the comprehensive evaluation, circulation park economic output and ecological environment in the two development level is the highest, economic output indicators are net income have slipped into the highest, show that the cycle model can effectively improve the economic output, achieve higher economic benefit; The ecological index of waste harmless treatment rate is the highest. Four classes of comprehensive index analysis of the results, super park in agriculture comprehensive development level is good.(4) According to the development of evaluation results, this paper finally puts forward the future development of super optimized three schemes, new energy utilization, organic fertilizer use and more planting structure adjustment path in improving, and promote the sustainable development of the circular park.
