Research On The Service Strategy Of University Library Based On Location Theory

With the improvement of people’s living standards and spiritual demands, books have become a necessity to meet people’s spiritual needs, and the existence and use of the library which as a carrier of books provide invisible driving force for the progress of the society. The role of the library is more and more important, especially the university library, which is an important part of national library and information undertaking.By analyzing the development course and the present situation of university library in China, combined with the actual environment, this paper defines the service orientation of university library, analyzes the status quo of and problems in university library services, and puts forward some concrete constructional strategy of service orientation.
