The massive open online course(Massive Open Online Courses,MOOC)is a new type of online courses beginning in 2012.Since the rise,MOOC has had a major impact on higher education;scholars in various disciplines are deeply studied.The field of library and information also play an important role in the development of MOOC,the university library,as a support unit of MOOC operation involved.In the development of MOOC,the university library's service object,service content,service form,role orientation have changed,the relationship between MOOC and university library is deepening.MOOC in providing learning resources to the library information service and put forward higher requirements,the university library can be MOOC as an opportunity to strengthen the integration of educational resources,improve the position in the field of education.As one of the main bear higher education system and an important part of the open movement,the university library should actively face brought by MOOC the challenge,and constantly improve the service strategy,improve the service level.Therefore,the university library should consider how to location their own role correctly under the background of MOOC,how to grasp the opportunity brought by MOOC,how to deal with the challenges brought by MOOC and other issues,only in this way,the library could better participate in MOOC under the wave to provide efficient and complete information service.At present,the relevant research on the MOOC environment of university library and the domestic library and information field mainly focus on the explanation of the basic theory,analysis of opportunities and challenges,foreign experience,service policy advice,research achievements have been made extraordinary,but these studies lack of comprehensive and systematicelaboration,or only on one hand,or to the extent shallow.This article uses the literature research method,combing the development process of MOOC,concepts and features,and made research on the research status of foreign library and information circle on MOOC and library,and provide a theoretical basis for our university library MOOC service;the method of comparative analysis,comparative analysis of the typical MOOC platform at home and abroad,to provide a reference for our country the university library in the MOOC platform;using case analysis method,analysis of domestic and international representative of university library MOOC service practice,for our university library.Information services to provide reference.This article mainly from the following four parts.The first part,overview of MOOC platform at home and abroad is introduced.The typical MOOC platform mainly discusses MOOC concept,characteristics and significance in promoting higher education,this paper introduces the developing process of the three foreign domestic two MOOC platform and MOOC platform.The second part,the change of information service in university library under the environment of MOOC.Mainly introduces the functions of the library,analysis of digital library information services change,the relationship between MOOC and university library of MOOC and clarify the important significance of the information service of university library,finally analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the information service of university library in MOOC environment next.The third part,analysis of the practice of MOOC cases at home and abroad university library.In the library of Stanford University,the library of Duke University library,Shenzhen University library three colleges based on the practice of MOOC,summarizes the University Library at home and abroad,in order to find out the experience and shortcomings,to carry out MOOC practice to provide a reference for the post of University Libraries in China.The fourth part,the construction of university library Information Service Model and service strategy under the environment of MOOC.Based on the basic,depth,core,value-added service model of four levels,proposed the establishment of the service team,construct a service system point of view.Finally,based on the former discussion,put forward the MOOC environment of university library information service strategy.
