The rapid growth of the national economy depends on the railway transportation, but it will make a great influence to the environment along the railway. The influence mainly includes the railway noise and vibration to the ecological sensitive area along the railway. Railway noise source is different from other noise sources, because the railway lines are very long, its noise radiation last very long, too. The ecological sensitive zone along the railway will endure great harm, so it is necessary to make more research about how to protect ecological sensitive area along the railway from the railway noise.In this paper, the different types of train noise radiation form are concluded by analyzing the railway noise type and the noise sources. And then the concept of the ecological sensitive area is discussed. The main contents are as followed.(1) The content of the transportation organization measures is analyzed, different transport organization measures are given in view of the sensitive area type to reduce the influence of the railway noise on ecological sensitive area. The influence of different period of the train, different train marshalling ways, different locomotive type selection, and the different construction of "skylight" are analyzed to the ecological sensitive areas.(2)The multi-objective model of railway transportation organization based on noise prevention and control of ecological sensitive area along railway line is established. The goal of the model is the damage of the people and animals in the ecological sensitive area from railway noise, its circadian rhythm and different types of noise frequency are analyzed. The external costs of the noise on the environment is described through the model.(3) The three dimensional chromosome coding genetic algorithm and a three-dimensional chromosome module are designed. Using MATLAB to execute the selection, crossover and mutation to iterate, finally get the global optimal solution.(4) Examples are given on Baoshen railway ecological sensitive area along the line. Through the model, the problem is solved, the best fitness value is4601498which smaller than19823437. The result shows that it is feasible for the transportation organization model of ecological sensitive area railway noise prevention and control.
