With the development of industrial technology, the car has ceased to be a symbol of luxury jewelry, thousands of family cars become people out of the main means of transport, it give people life brings convenience, at the same time also brought a lot of adverse effects, such as exhaust gas pollution, traffic accidents and noise pollution and so on. Research shows that, at a speed of more than 70 kilometers per hour, the tire pattern noise has become the main source of automobile noise. Therefore,controlling the pattern noise becomes the main means to solve the automobile noise pollution, and the main measures to control the noise can be taken as the parameter of the pattern. Foreign scholars using finite element method to analyze the pattern noise and pattern design parameters optimization problem. Its advantages are high accuracy,disadvantage is the tire noise model complexity and computational difficulties, the cost is high and the cycle longer. According to the principle of pattern noise, the domestic scholars establish its mathematical model, using computer simulation and optimization algorithm to realize the design optimization of pattern parameters. The characteristic is that the cost is low, the operation period is short, and it is more suitable for engineering application.In this paper, we study the control and optimization of pattern noise, the main contents are as follows:(1) In this paper, we first discuss the acoustic principle, mathematical model and simulation analysis method of tire tread pattern noise, and then analyze the dynamic analysis of various patterns on the basis of the mathematical model of pattern noise. Analysis of the relationship between tread pattern noise and various factors from the perspective of mechanical and functional transformation. To provide theoretical basis for the control and optimization of pattern noise.(2) In this paper, the principle of noise reduction and the design criteria of modern pattern parameters are analyzed and discussed, and the method of pattern noise reduction is proposed.(3) In order to avoid the genetic algorithm in the optimization iterations in the process of local convergence, to generate a local optimal solution. This paper in genetic algorithm based on the proposed adding immune genetic algorithm multi search mechanism and solving many of the characteristics of the objective function to solve the pattern parameter intelligent searching optimization method, and detailed and its operation steps.( 4) Under the MATLAB environment design immune genetic algorithm program, realized the immune genetic algorithm for noise reduction in the pattern parameter seeking and, through an example analysis to verify that a program is correct and the feasibility of noise reduction method.
