The massive construction of reservoirs has changed the natural hydrological situation of rivers and broken the long-term dynamic balance of river ecosystem,resulting in shrinking river channels,decreased flood discharge capacity,nutrient deposition,deterioration of water quality,and habitat environmental changes,thus causing a decline in the species and number of aquatic organisms and even the verge of extinction.Therefore,from the traditional reservoir scheduling into ecological operation is imperative,but at present our country reservoir ecological operation research mainly focused on water dispatching,ignore the natural dynamic characteristics of the river,and the process of hydrological changes to has a great influence on the growth of aquatic breeding and,therefore,this paper,taking Ankang reservoir as the research object,according to the existing ecological problem,to meet the minimum ecological water demand and restore natural reservoir ecological operation of hydrological process research,established a genetic hybrid optimization algorithm based on chaotic cloud(CCGA),a new method for the optimization of reservoir ecological operation and use of the measured data,the research on the scheduling,The feasibility and superiority of the optimization method are tested.The main research contents of this paper are as follows(1)Based on Tennant method and the method of minimum ecological runoff from month to month,calculated the Ankang reservoir downstream river month by month minimum ecological water demand,as a constraint condition,the introduction of fuzzy method,the larger will change and the fish plays an important role in life process hydrological aggregated into ecological integrity index function,as a ecological goal,set up to satisfy power generation,power reliability,and suitable for fish survival reservoir ecological operation model of hydrological processes(2)Considering reservoir ecological operation model,in view of the late evolution genetic algorithm reduced the population diversity and easy to fall into local optimum and slow convergence speed,through the contrast analysis of Logistic mapping,Tent,Henon mapping and Cat mapping optimization performance,determine the Cat map is adopted to poor fitness value of the individual in the genetic algorithm is global chaos disturbance,and uses the cloud model of positive normal cloud generator for genetic algorithm has a better fitness value of the individual in the local search,by introducing mix_g population distribution coefficient alpha and hybrid control algebra,A chaotic cloud genetic hybrid optimization algorithm(CCGA)was proposed,and the solution flow was designed.(3)According to the history of Ankang reservoir hydrologic data,completed the reservoir ecological operation,and the actual scheduling scheme comparison and analysis,verify the feasibility of optimization method established in this paper,at the same time,a variety of optimization algorithm to solve in this paper,the mathematical models of reservoir ecological operation,contrast optimization results and the optimization process,test the superiority of the optimization method established in this paper.
