This paper is aims at solving the diffculty of laying and erecting works on the newly built railway of Dezhou to Dajiawa, by analyzing and researching the construction organization design. The analysis of the various constraints of the project has been made, combined with the actual characteristics and difficulties of this project. The overall construction organization, which is adapt to the project, was finally determinedFirstly, the paper focuses on the overall construction plan of track-laying and bridge erection and the scheme plan of making the track-laying and bridge erection base access to the existing Beijing-Shanghai railway. Strengthening the construction of large scale temporary installations, such as track-laying and bridge erection base and girder fabrication and storage yard, the construction mode of large-scale mechanized production are mainly adopted, combining the construction technology of artificial track-laying. The time of accessing to the existing railway should be reasonable arranged. And the paper gives a detail description on solving the transportation problems of track-laying and bridge erection.Secondly, detailed descriptions on the construction technology are also presents in this paper. Construction technology are mainly about the prefabricated and storage of railway prestressed T-beam bridge, the production and track-laying of the track panel, bridge erection, bridge transverse connection, replacing long rails, rail welding, adding and settling of ballast, stress-releasing, rail temperature locking, etc. The scheme of labour organization and mechanical allocation are put forward, which is suitable for the project. And the importance of coordination organization and cooperation are emphasized during the track-laying and bridge erection.According to summarizing the works, the importance of the construction organization and construction programs should be strengthened further more,and we can accumulate the construction experience on newly built railway in track-laying and bridge erection, improve coordination ability and enhance the overall level of track-laying and bridge erection.The following parts are composed of the paper:(1)The paper presents the general project and construction design of the bid section I in newly built railway;(2) According to the location setting of the track-laying and bridge erection base, the fact of acessing to the existing railway and the sequence arrangement for track-laying and bridge erection, we set up transport organizations for bridges, track panel, long rails, ballast respectively, which is suitable for the project. And we also develop a targeted traffic organization plan and security measures;(3) The paper elaborates on the fixed station production line for track panel assembled, and used the anti-anchor method to anchor sleeper and artificial track panel assembly. We used bridge erection machine TJ165, long rail pushing equipment WZ500-TY, self-propelled rotary switching equipment DTC160t to achieve the track-laying and bridge erection project. Construction completed before time limit for the project;(4) The paper elaborates on the various construction equipment in rail engineering, construction procedures and construction methods, scientific organizations, reasonable assurance of personnel, the number and timing of mechanical approach. All above is to ensure TJ165 machine and WZ500-TY in a alternating continuous construction state within a specified period of time;(5) The paper elaborates on construction methods of long rails and the welding technology of unit rail link. The construction scheme of stress releasing, rail temperature locking on jointless track are made in the paper.
