During the domestic railway construction, we always invest by stages and take the double-track railways construction by single line. That means we will build the single line first for running, then after a period of financing, can the other one be built. So the construction shall be taken under the running of the original railway and conditioned by various degrees. Especially in the construction of double-track electrified railway with the minimum pitch of 4m and the minimum radius circle of R-400m or erection in the tunnel inlet, only with some special measures, can the domestic mechanical paving operation be smoothly taken. Shenmu-Shuozhou Double-track Railway is the first one to adopt the mechanical paving and erection in the existing electrified line, the minimum pitch, the minimum radius circle and the operation in the tunnel gate. The article is to sum up and study the techniques of paving and erecting under varies conditions by such parts as below.1. The general project and construction design of North Shenmu - South Shenchi Double-track Railway Project shall be detailed.2. On the basic of practical paving construction in North Shenmu-South Shenchi Double-track Railway, the suitable organization of bridge construction, track skeleton fitting, ballast transportation have been confirmed as well as the traffic organization and the safety ensuring measures.3. Detailed expatiate the track skeleton fitting by self-action in the exiting line paving, which has settled problems such as the mechanical tack fitting before sulfur grappling, low speed in form grappling by manual work, track fitting twice in deck construction and track skeleton fitting with discrepancy speed.4. In track paving and erecting, some special measures shall be taken with recreational DPK-32 paving machine and DJK-140 erecting machine, such as to continue construction under all conditions.a. With the alteration of paving machine and leaning paving, determine the suitable space and make the right transition circle in both sides, such as to make smooth track paving in the straight line of 4m pitch, inner circle andoutside circle.b. With the alteration of 0# pipe, 2# prop cap and 1# pipe of paving machine, the operation with electricity of the low arm in the station and the part contact system has been smoothly taken.c. By detailed calculation, determine the construction plan of beam erection in the straight line of 4m pitch, inner circle, outside circle and the tunnel gate.d. Detailed expatiate the construction mechanics, procedure and plan of the track lining in varied sides, station alteration, ballast laying in delamination and the line clearing. Personnel and mechanics shall be reasonably arranged to ensure the successful track lining on each side in the official hours. In station alteration, the construction shall be taken in the methods of multiple step open of each line to reduce the intersection of construction and transportation to ensure the safety. In the precondition of unaffecting the operation of exiting lines, lay ballast in delamination and clear the line in the double-track railway to ensure the open speed after the track lining in each side.
