Beginning in2007, with the aggravation of competition and economic environment of the weak, enterprise external economic environment, industry environment, internal management has changed. The S company from200075%absolute leading market share fell to2012at the end of25%market share.In the face of fierce competition and gradually expand the size of the market, how to maintain market share and promote the development of enterprises, has become a major issue of company urgently needs to solve.
