Study On Cultivated Land Intensive Of City Utilization In Jianyang

With the strategic position of the Economic Zone on thewest side of the consolidation, the city of Jianyang Cityushered in a golden opportunity for development. However, thedevelopment of local economy and the city of the first problemfaced is how to coordinate the development of city scaleexpansion and land collapse. In view of this, the author fromthe inside through the way of tapping coefficient correctionidea, from the "related technical regulations" technicalgrading of agricultural land in2012, the comprehensive indexof the township of Jianyang city land intensive use estimatesand based on the analysis of the spatial characteristics usingthe Arcgis9.2software, using Microsoft Office Accecc2007software analyzes the cause of formation, in order tocontribute to making Jianyang city land use efficiency andrelated policy, enlightenment and land coordination problemincreasingly prominent.The results show that, the overall level of intensive useof land in Jianyang is not high, and presents the evolutionof the following:From the administrative area economy, land intensive and intensive utilization index showed a high around low "basin".From the topographic distribution, better conditions thanthe basin area of cultivated land intensive utilization inHilly and mountain area.From the land natural quality of cultivated land naturalquality, the worse the cultivated land intensive useefficiency is high, the better the natural quality ofcultivated land, cultivated land intensive utilization degreeis low.Thus, by increasing the level of intensive use of arableland to alleviate the problems of land use in Jianyang City,has the high feasibility; and if the township as a unit to makepolicy according to the detailed rules for the implementationof land intensive use, the problems of land use in Jianyangcity will get alleviating effectively, so as to Jianyang city’seconomic development to solve any menace from the "rear"; andfurther promote the intensive land use practice into a newstage of development.
