Research In Northern Guangdong Development And Local Government In The Background At The Main Functional Areas

With the gradual deepening our understanding of the law of development, the development of country-level considerations are gradually changing. In2011, the state according to the actual situation, in the case of eco-environmental considerations into development, released the "National main functional area planning", which indicates that China’s development will enter the era of the main functional area planning. Northern Guangdong (Shaoguan, Qingyuan, Heyuan) is located in the forefront of reform and opening up, Guangdong in the northern mountains, the majority of areas in this area of planning constraints, restricted development, and economic development of the three cities in Guangdong Province next level, is below the national average. How to develop the economy of northern Guangdong, the economic construction of the main functional areas, is a very real problem. The departure from the basic problems of the main functional areas, through theoretical study and practical work, made a number of comments on the region’s economic development in the northern part of Guangdong. Especially for economic development, the government should shoulder the responsibility of the clearance, hoping to provide theoretical support for the further development of the northern part of Guangdong.
