| Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, the healthy development of agriculture is an important guarantee for the long-term stability of a country. Since the founding of New China, taking into account of the situation home and abroad, China have to give priority to the development of industry as a long-term strategic national policy. In this policy guidance, is lagging behind the development of agriculture, agriculture has become the weakest link in China’s modernization process. Rural finance as the core of the rural economy, the all-round development of the rural areas, agriculture and farmers play a key role, however, since the reform and opening up30years, the rural financial system construction and operation of the process, there are many flaws and shortcomings, to some extent, restricted the agricultural modernization. Firstly, rural finance and agricultural research at home and abroad and the basic theory to sort out and summarized on the basis of qualitative and quantitative method of combining examine the status quo of China’s rural financial development and rural economic growth, pointing out that China’s rural financial development process of credit outflows of capital, low level of savings-investment conversion rate in hierarchy analytical evaluation of the level of agricultural modernization in China based on the relationship between the development of China’s rural finance and agricultural modernization, and then an empirical test, final empirical results show that the rural finance due to lack of supply and the development of agricultural modernization play a role in promoting. In view of this, from a sound rural financial organization system, to promote rural financial product and service innovation, to play the role of government policy support, improve the rural financial regulatory and legal system, this paper will provide some targeted suggestions for China’s rural financial system reform and innovation to provide some useful thinking. |
