With the increasing development of Internet technology, network service has beengradually extended to various fields of the society. Appling for a job and recruitment usingnetwork system has become an important and popular way of recruitment and gained moreand more attention in such incentives competition age. Moreover, online recruitment can notonly greatly alleviate the pressure of employment in talent market, but also avoid the loss oftalent resources and waste, and to a certain extent, it creates more opportunity for applying fora job. Therefore, how to implement and carry out online job hunting system more effectivelyis significant.Online recruitment system is an information system with interaction ability talents, itimplements a virtual Internet recruitment, and companies can release recruitment informationon the Internet, and then submit resumes online applicants according to their specific situation.It is the use of advanced technology; make the recruitment information and information toapply for a job, so as to greatly save the enterprise recruitment for preparing the reality needof manpower and financial resources, also convenient for job seekers. It elaborate thesystem from background, the development environment, the analysis of the requirement, thedesign of database structure, the detailed implementation of each function module andoperational testing. The system realizes the function of the resume writing and delivery,real-time recruitment information, job search positioning and back-stage management.After a comprehensive test, this system has strong flexibility and effectiveness comparedwith the traditional recruitment mode, it can meet the two-way demand of the enterprises andtalents and also improve the efficiency of job hunting, and it has important practicalsignificance for the progress of the talent market and improving the competition in the socialenvironment.
