Now the most challenging aspect of any skilled personnel's career is finding job. A major dilemma employers and employee alike go through are how to recruit a qualified personnel to mind the vacancies in their companies or how to secure the right kind of job respectively. A communication platform between employee and employers is realized, its aims at a set of solutions, including all process from seeking jobs to handing in resume until taking part in"paper test"to be a personnel. For easy use of communication the system also supplies some online real-time tools and supports WAP mobile telephone reading E-mail.The main feature of new system in this paper compared with traditional system is doing online test for applicants, which can simplify the old complicated process from online submitting applications to offline testing and saving time and money for enterprises. The email is a online communication tool which usually used in traditional recruitment system. There are some disadvantages such as time differences and non real-time communication. Therefore this system does a lot of work in real communication and designs some utilities such as'message book'and'talents talking room'which are more convenient and instant. The paper also try to do some work in WAP combining with Web techniques, which can provide for applicants to read personal email anywhere and anytime with WAP telephone. Meanwhile, it solves the error display and missing of code problem of Chinese characters. At the end, some optimization is done about the system to speed the system up .The system works well in heavy load, which is proved in Chapter 5 about the system test.
