The Research On The Design And Integration Project Of New-OnLine-Recruiment-and Test System

More and more frequent floating of talent person following the rapid development of economy, And human resource is very important for modern enterprise to succeed in a competed business society. But It's a big problem to hunt qualified talent person with less time and money, at the same time bring more convenience to the employee. We design and accomplish a New-Online-Recruitment-and-Test System (OLRS) on the base of modern internet technology, It adds a OnLine test function on the base of traditional recruitment system, with a B/S structure it can help both the employer and employee to finish the previous examination on internet. OLRS has already used in tyfo's(the biggest ICP in southwest china) recruitment system, and will be used in 51job(a famous ICP in china). The function of OLRS including:completely realized user customization to satisfy user's requirement;powerful background management;powerful mail management;support powerful user customization;support control of user right;support multilingual edition;support dynamic user help; support powerful super administrator.This article design and accomplish the OLRS system, including the design of basic structure, function design, database design, cryptographic algorithm design and the design of database connection pool. The target we chase is simple, flexible and economy in design the whole system. So we choose tomcat as the middleware and PostgreSQL as the database, they are open source code and free software. At one time the whole system is design to be B/S structure and it compliance with the development of modern network technology. OLRS is developed according to software-architecture specification, integrated many techniques such as Servlet ,PostgreSQL database, Tomcat, XML, Javascript and also.Concrete work is as follows:Accomplish with programming of the core class , including the service dispatch class, transaction handling class and database access class.Design and realize a high performance management of database connection and cryptographic algorithm.completely realized user customization, user can modify the layout, fixed label and color as they like remotely. At the same time we designed two work schema and it can help the administrator to accomplish customization setting.Design and realize flexible user authority management.Design and realize powerful super administrator function, make the maintenance and management of the whole OLRS system more convenient.Design and realize the integration project of OLRS , make OLRS works as a subsystem in the remote recruitment system of ICP.
