In a world featured by the digital and information, a variety of medical softwareand hardware have extended into all aspects of medical system and also becomethe pillar of the information system in the hospital. In a word, the medicalindustry has moved toward the automatic and paperless office, the electronicmedical record, the digital image and picture, the collection and analysis ofbig data as well as the cloud computing. The majority of the clinics are equipped with a wide range of working personnelsuch as the doctor and nurse as well as many informationalized equipments. Fromthe perspective of software, it has become an essential task for the clinic tomake the best of those equipments and people and achieve the convenient andefficient operation so as to achieve the informationalization. The goal of thissystem is to adopt the software to store massive data, achieve the rapid retrieval, integrate the service procedure, clearly define the right and responsibilityof the staff, calculate the cost conveniently and accurately, enhance theemployee-employee and employee-client interaction, save more time and cost aswell as integrate the clinic into a whole. From the perspective of domain design, this system will be devoted to solvingthe problems in the domain concerning the user. Hence, during the course of systemdesign and development, a variety of models will be adopted to communicate withthe user. By making repeated modification, a final model has been worked outto fully satisfy the requirement of the user. From the angle of business, thediagnosis and treatment in the clinic will be conducted focusing on the patientand doctor. In other words, the doctor should also improve the medical recordso as to complete the treatment. From the angle of auxiliary activities, themanagement of the information including the entry of the medical record andarticles will be also provided in the system so as to simplify the daily workof the doctor and other personnel. The important criteria to decide whether thesystem is excellent or not include the features of being user-friendly,supporting rapid input of information and simplifying the information to beprocessed. With regard to the management, the system should offer the authoritymanagement so as to ensure that the user with different authority will managethe information properly. The data analysis will involve the information fromother sections. By reviewing the information, the manager of the clinic willhave a clear idea of the operational situation, the labor condition and thesatisfaction degree of the patient. Based on the analysis above, the system will also well classify and organizeeach module. In order to facilitate the system extension, the hierarchical structure willbe used to separate the interface, interface logic and domain logic from thebasic supporting layer. Considering that most computers in the clinic are basedon the Microsoft systems, the tool developed by software will be used to developthe system. Due to the fact that many features of Microsoft.Net have wellintegrated with the windowing system and the C#language is also easier toimplement, the C#language has been used to develop the system. What is more, the SQL Server Express that is developed by Software and compatible with.netis also used to save the money. The design and development of the whole system is based on domain analysis, modeldriving and test driving. Combined with the component definition, demandanalysis, concept design, detailed design and test, a variety of tools have beenproperly used to develop the user-friendly system and also analyze the wholework process in a clear and direct manner.According to the feedback from the users, this system has basically satisfiedtheir needs by helping them record the data, reduce the workload and operationcost as well as increase the overall performance of the clinic.
