With the development of information technology, information environment has become an important space for human survival, problems associated with information technology also gradually highlighted, such as the imbalance of information in the information industry, pollution, overload, monopoly, etc. These problems brought a lot of inconvenience to people’s study, work and life.Faced with these problems, scholars did a lot of theoretical research, and propose relevant solutions. Based on the similarity between the information and ecology, ecology theory was introduced into the information sciences."Information ecology" as a new and independent interdisciplinary science has been established. Academia generally considers the information ecosystem as the basic object of information ecology theory study, the information ecochain in the information ecosystem connects the elements. We can see that, a consensus is basically reached among scholars on the implication, modes, and components of the network information ecochain. However the study on the formation and evolution of the network information ecochain is not enough. They merely discuss it from an overall perspective, ignoring some specific studies on how every part of the evolution runs and changes, lacking of researches on the evolution nature of the network information ecochain.In view of this, this paper is based on information ecological theory and information ecochain theory integrated using evolutionary game theory. Believe that the evolution of the network information ecochain is a result of all kinds of information subjects game with each other, via the combined effect of selection mechanism, diffusion mechanism, coordination mechanism and the whole chain develop coordinately in a new structure and order that fit the new environment. The theoretical significance of this article is not only deepening the research of network information ecochain evolution, also improving the information ecology theory framework and enriching the theory. In addition, network information ecochain evolution theory is very important to direct the management of network information ecochain that exist in the real life. Manger grasps the law of evolution of network information ecochain will be more accurate and adopts pointed measures to guide the evolution effetely. This paper is based on ecology theory use a combination of synergetic theory, informational management science, network sociology and system theory to study the law and mechanism of network information ecochain evolution. Firstly, we elaborate the concept of network information ecochain and evolution, the meaning and characteristics of evolutionary game theory, the related theory of network information ecochain evolution that based on evolutionary game theory. Secondly, we discuss the selection mechanism, diffusion mechanism, coordination mechanism that constitute the evolutionary mechanism of network information ecochain, and analyze the influencing factor of the three mechanism based on the study about the mechanisms how to promote the evolution. Thirdly, we study the relationship between the three mechanisms and summarize the universal law of network information ecochain evolution. Finally, through the instance of network publishing information ecochain test and perfect the study in this paper.
