The Research On The Operating Mode In Public Archives' Information Ecological Chain

As a national service organ,public archives play an important role in the process of modernization construction.With more and more attention and demands to archives from the public,the passive service mode of traditional archives can not adapt to the development model of social.Public archives in new period must innovate service ability,improve their work efficiency and the quality of service,so as to realize their leapfrog development.Based on the theory of information ecology,this paper puts forward the concept of public archives' information ecochain,and presents its operating mode from three aspects: internal and external ecological factors,collaborative evolution mechanism and specific service process.In addition,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy and development direction from the aspects of service notion,personnel quality,information resources allocation and legal system construction,which conducive to fully meet the needs of archives users and realize the social value of public archives,and has a certain reference value to the progress of relevant theoretical knowledge and the development of archives.The first chapter introduces the background,significance and the current status of the archival information ecochain.The second chapter tells the basic theory of public archives and information ecology,and expounds the elements,characteristics and significance of the information ecochain of public archives.The third chapter mainly introduces the operating mode of public archives' information ecochain,reveals the internal and external influencing factors and the collaborative evolution process between different information-men,then discusses the specific process of the public archives' service for users.The fourth chapter discusses the future development direction of public archives information ecochain in China,from four aspects:building up the correct service views,improving the quality of information-men,rational allocation of information resources,and promoting legal construction.The last Chapter is summary and prospect.This chapter summarizes the whole paper,puts forward the problems to be solved in future research and the direction of continuing efforts.
