In the current mobile phone users increasingly added to mobile phone, people depend more to enhance the background, this paper designed a new RFID-SIM card.The card may exist at the same time a number of functions, is one of the traditional SIM card circuit integrated2.4GHz RF module obtains a non-contact mobile phone payment double interface SIM card multiple application.In the card on the development of new contactless communication modes.In the RFID-SIM card hardware design, mainly in the SIM card to join the RF module and a low frequency coil, so that the SIM card with radio communication function.Based on the above theory and methods, to achieve the software code, after testing are in line with the requirements.At the same time to the requirement of security based on the card, the application of3DES algorithm designed the encryption card encryption decryption mode.In the design of hardware, we select the32high-security processor Z32chip from company’s Product as the main controller. The main controller can complete the card reader’s protocol-processing and interface-communication and module’s logic controlling functions. Nordic’s nRF24L01as the RF transceiver chip, can complete the communication with card in high frequency. Low frequency transmitter module iscomposed of C8051F330microcontroller with8-bit DAC, Amplifier drive circuit and coil. It can complete the process from the generation of low-frequency signal source to amplification and to emission. Has been tested, the RFID-SIM card chip system reaches the expected design goals.
