The Design And Implementation Of Based On The J2EE Online,Order Management System

With the continuous development of the economic society, people’s living standards are increasing, demand of all kinds of consumer goods is rapidly growing, promoting global retail business entering a rapid development stage. The overall market demand is increasing, but at the same time it shows a more diversified and changeable trends, this huge uncertainty that exist in the business environment brings great difficulties to the retailer’s operations management. Many companies hope that manage the order by the way," basing production on sales prospects ", while the existing order management system can not satisfy this need. In order to change problems like too much manual operation, rehandling, inefficiency and unified standards existed in the current order management, the development of online order management system is very necessary and urgent.In this paper, applying software engineering principles, we used UML and described the system requirement acquisition and analysis, system design and detailed design, system implementation and testing, to flesh out design and implementation process of the online order management system. We used the Java programming language, JSP technology and B/S development model for system design, and we completed the construction of the technical architecture of online order management system and system coding based on SSH (Struts+Hibernate+Spring) framework, designing and implementing the order management system that meet business characteristics.The main task of the online order management system is to implement a systematic, normalize and automated management of ordering goods so as to improve the work efficiency. System is mainly worked for query, statistics and other aspects of work of inbound and outbound product. The main users of the system are the technicians. The need to complete business like, order, purchase, inbound and outbound, and transferring cargo according to the user’s requirements.The online order management system is a set of Internet-based online application mode, and a real-time online order management platform built for business enterprises and their distributors who have a large number of downstream distributor (distributor/dealer, etc.), helping enterprises and distributors process business efficiently, like ordering, shipping and receiving goods, collection and payment. With the online order management systems, enterprise and distributors can full tracking query order goods and order forms and real-time reconciliation, which greatly enhancing order management and control efforts of the enterprise. By using the system, suppliers can establish efficient supply and downstream distribution chains with distributors through the online order management system while they do daily purchase-sell-stock and financial management. The system help distributors change the traditional order method that ordering by telephone and fax and know suppliers’ goods inventory conditions in real time, implementing efficient ordering, and help supplier deal with dealer orders in real time, greatly improving efficiency of ordering and delivery.
