With the advancement of the technology and urbanization construction, theload for the lighting system is increasing because of the increasing size of thecities. To make energy conservation and environment protection efficient, weapply the GPS location technology and fuzz control algorithm to the existinglighting control system and redesign the lamp control module to improve thelighting system.In this paper, we take the requirement for the urbanization of lampmanagement system, and design a software scheme of lamp management systembased on GPRS technology. After the content of the text messages is resolved,the control module starts up to execute the relevant operation. The working modefor the module can be divided into manual mode and intelligence mode fordifferent functions, including lamp lighting status control, control mode setting,and intelligence mode setting.The design process contains requirement analysis, algorithm research,hardware and software design, and system test. In the lighting control system, thesoftware can be divided into several modules, including the GUI components,GPRS communication module, main control program module and DBM. And thehardware environment is based on CONTEX-M3STM32F103RBT6and containsthe signal collection module, the power module, power conversation module andphotoelectric control module.This system realizes the intelligent control of the city streetlights throughGPRS technology.Under this intelligent mode, we control the brightness of thestreetlights by collecting sound signals of the surrounding environment andprocessing those sound signals through fuzzy control algorithm.This systemenables real-time operation to streetlights depending on sound signals and lightintensity and actually achieves the goal of saving and high-efficiency.
